Quick Facts About T&T Nails

T&T Nails place has both strengths and weaknesses, as indicated by the comments provided. It is important to consider these factors when evaluating the overall quality and service of the salon.

One of the strengths of T&T Nails place is that they offer quick and thorough service, as mentioned by one customer. This can be a positive aspect for those who are looking for efficient and timely nail treatments. Additionally, some customers have praised the appearance and quality of their gel manicures and pedicures, stating that they always look fantastic. This indicates that the salon may have skilled technicians in providing gel nail services. Furthermore, the salon used to have a good reputation, as mentioned by a long-time customer who used to come to T&T Nails for years and found the salon to be amazing and clean.

However, there are several weaknesses that have been highlighted by customers. One recurring issue is the lack of cleanliness and sanitation practices at the salon. Multiple customers expressed concerns about the conditions of the salon and the lack of appropriate cleaning and sanitization of tools. This is a significant weakness as cleanliness and sanitation are crucial in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for customers. The comments regarding the use of dirty brushes, mixing tools without sanitization, and unclean conditions of the staff imply a serious disregard for sanitation practices.

Another weakness is the quality of services provided. Several customers complained about their nails being poorly done or experiencing pain during their treatments. One customer even mentioned that their nails broke shortly after getting them done, which suggests poor quality products or improper application techniques. These comments indicate that the salon may not consistently deliver satisfactory results, which is a major weakness when it comes to attracting and retaining customers.

Additionally, some customers mentioned issues with unprofessional behavior from the salon staff. Complaints about the technician rushing, being aggressive with cleaning, and inappropriately addressing customers as "baby" raise concerns about the level of professionalism and customer service at T&T Nails place. It is important for a nail salon to provide a comfortable and respectful environment for customers, and these comments suggest that the salon may not meet these expectations.

Price is another factor mentioned by a few customers. While one customer found the price reasonable for their gel manicure and pedicure, another customer mentioned that the services were expensive for the quality provided. This indicates inconsistency in pricing and raises concerns about whether customers are getting value for their money.

In conclusion, T&T Nails place has strengths in terms of quick and thorough service, as well as the quality of gel manicures and pedicures. However, the salon has notable weaknesses, including cleanliness and sanitation issues, poor quality services, and unprofessional behavior from staff members. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses in order to improve the overall customer experience and reputation.

I’ve been a loyal customer since before they changed to another owner. I went to get a regular manicure a day ago and all the nail polish is chipped by the next day I went to see if she can fix it. She told me that I have to re-pay for the manicure. They most likely use acetone in their nail polish. I usually get gel polish, but because my nails were so thin and brittle, I decided to go with the regular polish for once. I Will not be coming to the nail salon ever again I do not recommend.

Do not go to this place! If I could put 0 stars I would.

I used to go often and stopped going because they always hurt me when doing my nails.

I went a week ago for my birthday to get a pedicure and acrylic nails since the place where I normally get them done didn't have an appointment...the day after I got them done one of them broke off and today another one came off!!!!!

It's also very expensive for the service they provide! Please don't waste your time!!!!!

I will never go again, I feel like I wasted my money for a weeks worth of nails when they normally last me up to 3 weeks and never break.

Basically they don’t care about cleaning and sanitizing anything.

The conditions of the presentation of the staff tells you a lot; the lady that provide me service was on pijamas!; she even didn’t brush the hair and the conditions of her nails were no appropriate (show a black line under her nails, they were not clean at all!!! ????)

After regular manicure this lady asked me to wash my hands and brush it with a brush that everybody used, when you pick up the brush and the brush is black ????, obviously I didn’t use it and the lady was upset about my observation made it about the brush conditions).

I was paying attention and I noticed that they mix the tools without previous sanitation (feet and hands), this lady used the same tools that used previously on my hands and use it in the next customer foot, so disgusting. ????

I stop once before pandemic and used to be totally different, maybe they change the management, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

I told the person doing my nails I wanted regular acrylic tips. He gave me gel acrylic tips. He then did a horrible job on my nails and started yelling at me when I asked him to fix it. My sister across the salon heard him. After that I just gave up. He did a horrible job, SLAPPED my hand when he was done, and then had the audacity to ask for a tip. The lady that did my sister did a horrible job on her, went over the line, and then told her to TAKE A SHOWER when she asked her to fix it. The customer service was terrible, me and my sister both felt like garbage, and they charged us more than what we asked for. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it half a star I would.

Do not go to the girl in the nw corner. Under 2 min she finished my regular polish. Showed her my nails when she finished asking her if she thinks my nails look fine. She approved. I would not even dare say I did it my self because I am more skilled then that so called nail tech.

UPDATE March 2023: I have been getting mani / pedis here for many years. I’m usually satisfied, especially when I was being charged around $50. One week ago I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Service was great. I’m disappointed that I paid $65 for a manicure that is already peeling at the cuticle line (pink polish).

Quick and thorough service. My gel mani and pedi always look fantastic. Reasonable price: $48.

I used to come here for years growing up! Starting back in 2013. I moved but every time I come home I try coming here because they were amazing and clean. I wish I would have known before going in today that they changed owners. Not clean at all and no new, sterile instruments were used. The nail polish is old and it was cracking at the second being put on my nail. The gentleman that did my nails was extremely unprofessional. He was rushing me to put my nails to dry in between each coat, was extremely aggressive with cleaning my cuticles and cleaning my feet, and was inappropriately calling me baby every two seconds. Not to mention, he was yelling to his colleagues the entire time not sure about what but he was only one speaking and yelling. When he first came to sit down to give me a manicure, he seemed annoyed to begin with and was watching videos on his phone but then eventually decided to start doing my nails. My nails came out disgusting and horrible. They’re all a different size and shape and have so much residue left over. This is absolutely disappointing to see that such an amazing place has turned to being dirty, unprofessional, and performing terrible work. I will never be coming back here and it’s sad to say that this place was once where I sent every one of my friends but I will be no longer recommending this place.
