Loved the overall atmosphere ofthis salon, totally worth the 35minute drive forme. All staff there was very sweet. Destanie did anamazing job onmy nails. Iwill definitely becoming back! Simple but super cuteset! She had her own ideas with anail set Ishowed her & she definitely made itbetter than what Iimagined.

We absolutely love Lana and Paul!! This place isbut far the best nail salon Ihave beentoo! One ofthe photos was today which is3weeks after they did mynails (still perfect other then them growing out). The other hand ismy sisters with flowers that she loved. Wegot them done for mybridal shower and everyone was commenting onhow gorgeous they were. The pictures just dont dothem justice compared toin person. Pink nails isbeyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. Once you walkin, they greet you with their kindness and feeling welcome. They take pride intheir work and are the best locally. Destanie isthe best nail technician I’ve everhad. With the type ofperson who always cleans and uses their hands for constant things, mynails will last for about agood 6—8weeks, nolifting orchipping. Iwill never goanywhere else ever again! Highly recommend anyone coming here!!

at home. Lana and Paul, the owners ofPink Nails, are sofriendly and personable, and even more importantly, they run astandup business!The salon isextremely clean, the appointments are punctual, they use high quality products (OPI, Essie,etc.), and the salon techs are astalented asthey are personable! They treat each and every person that walks through their doors like family, and the entire team goes above and beyond toensure that you are happy with your experience.
I have been going toPink Nails for over ayearnow, and Ihave not once left anappointment disappointed.Oh, and did Imention how REASONABLE THEYARE? The quality oftheir services severely outweigh the affiliated costs. And finally, asif they couldn’t make this any easier, they also offer online scheduling, soyou can easily make anappointment through vagaro.

Lana was the best nail tech Ihave EVERhad. Ishowed her apicture and got EXACTLY that. Her attitude was literally the best, she made mefeel comfortable, and really assured methat everything was going tocome out great ️ The shop was extremely clean and organized. Worst pedicure ever! 18minutes start tofinish for $40gel removal (cut myskin), cuticles removal half job done. Iasked toremove the cuticles onthe side and Iwas told, you are good! I’mnot. Scrubbing and massage was almost soquick Istill have alot under myfeet. Not even talking about the gel application, color onmy skin, sides not painted. 1. When you repeatedly asked our tech where she was from, she replied she was from here, numerous times; she isan American. Asshe was born inthe USand raised inFlorida, including her parents. Ithink wecan agree that pursuing that line ofquestioning “but where are you really from” isinappropriate inany business setting.

3. You advised the tech tonot paint certain toes after she had already painted them. Our techs are trained topaint all toes. The manner and tone you used was disgraceful towards our tech. Never isit going tobe tolerated toverbally reprimand any ofour employees.
4. Icannot say ifshe trimmed all your cuticles asI was not present for your service. Our techs are trained toclean upthe cuticle area. Ihave reviewed with her what isexpected.Again, thank you for your opinion and remarks. It’s unfortunate that when Ireturned and greetedyou, Iasked how everything went and you responded positively and seemed satisfied. Ifthere isa concern, welike tohandle itright away asit would have been agood learning experience inhandling different situations. Wecannot please everyone and obviously weare not afit foryou.
