China brings its strongest showing yet to the Asia TV Forum and Market in Singapore
SINGAPORE, Dec. 3 — China showcased its largest-ever presence at the 26th Asia TV Forum and Market (ATF) as its opening ceremonies kicked off, drawing heightened interest from buyers and producers around the world.
The China Pavilion has grown to 270 square meters this year, hosting 24 participating companies—the largest numbers on record. Delegation exhibitors range from major media groups such as China International Television Corporation and Shanghai Media Group to studios like XiXi Pictures and Huace Film and TV. The lineup also includes animation studios, streaming platforms, and various industry service firms.
Inside the pavilion, 156 Chinese-language titles are on display, covering TV series, micro-dramas, feature films, documentaries, animation, and variety programming. The pavilion will host a slate of presentations and networking sessions to facilitate industry dialogue.
In addition to the central China Pavilion, several other China-affiliated stands are present, including booths for Bilibili, Tencent Video, and Youku.
ATF brings together broadcasters, production houses, and studios to trade rights, discuss financing, and explore cross-platform partnerships. The 2025 edition runs from December 2–5 and features program tracks on content-creation AI, cross-border co-development, and the growing prominence of micro-dramas. If you’re curious about how these trends might reshape global TV markets, this event offers a frontline view.
